Building the Chester County Community Celebratory Fund Raising Event

Thank you for supporting the 2018 Spring fundraising event!

On Wednesday evening, April 25th, students, tutors, funders, and friends of the Volunteer English Program in Chester County (VEP) will host its 11th annual fundraiser, returning this year to the beautiful Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern, PA. The reception and dinner will create a lively atmosphere to mix and mingle with new and old connections from around the world.

Emceed by host, Ken Knickerbocker, publisher of VISTA Today, the evening will feature several guests including the Liberian Women's Chorus for Change, Shirley Warren and the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation as 2018 Award Recipients, and a VEP Student from Belarus.

Your on-line contribution helps to make this event a success and more importantly keeps the VEP program available to respond to the tremendous growth of immigrants and refugees living and working throughout Chester County.

Celebrating 32 years of continuous service, VEP remains the only program in Chester County that is exclusively dedicated to providing, free, one-to-one tutoring for English language acquisition and American cultural understanding.

Thank you for your generosity and for empowering individuals and their families through your support.
